How do I redeem my SUMMIT Gift Card?

Our easy-to-follow steps for redeeming ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

How to redeem?

  1. SUMMIT Website
    1. Each recipient of SUMMIT Gift Cards will have a unique 22-digit code printed on their Gift Card.
    2. Guests may visit our website here to choose the desired date and time of their visit.
    3. Guests will choose the date and time of their visit (subject to availability).
    4. Guests will add tickets to their cart.
    5. On the checkout payment method, a drop-down menu will appear. Guests will then choose “Gift” as a form of payment. Guests will then insert the unique 22-digit code printed on the Gift Card.
    6. If the amount on the Gift Card is insufficient for the total balance, Guests will be directed to call our Contact Center to finalize the booking.
    7. If there is a balance remaining on their Gift Card, Guests will be able to use the balance on add-ons and/or to purchase extra tickets (expiration on the Gift Card, up to 9 years).
  2. In Person at the Welcome Desk
    1. Each recipient of SUMMIT Gift Cards will have a unique 22-digit code printed on their Gift Cards.
    2. Guests may visit the Welcome Desk to book their tickets with the Gift Card.
    3. The Welcome Desk personnel will search for the Guest’s desired date and time (subject to availability).
    4. On the checkout payment method, the Gift Card will be scanned.
    5. If there is a balance remaining on their Gift Card, Guests will be able to use the balance on add-ons and/or to purchase extra tickets (expiration on the Gift Card up to 9 years).
    6. The Welcome Desk personnel will finalize the booking, and tickets will be printed and handed to the Guests.
  3. Call the Contact Center
    1. Each recipient of SUMMIT Gift Cards will have a unique 22-digit code printed on their Gift Card.
    2. Guests may call the Contact Center (877) 682-1401 to choose the desired date and time of their visit.
    3. Please be prepared to provide the Contact Center with an email address and phone number in addition to the 22-digit code on the Gift Card.
    4. If the amount on the Gift Card is not sufficient for the total balance, Guests will be able to pay the balance on their credit card to finalize the booking.
    5. Contact Center Ambassador will finalize the booking, and the tickets will be sent to the Guest's email via our ticketing system.
  • What happens if I do not use all the funds on my Gift Card?
