Is SUMMIT Accessible to Guests with Disabilities?

Yes, there are various accommodations in place for guests with disabilities.

We are committed to providing a best-in-class experience for all guests and have various accommodations in place for guests with disabilities. To learn more about our accessibility services, please visit our accessibility webpage at https://summitov.com/accessibility.

Here are a few inclusive ways we accommodate guests with disabilities:

  • Wheelchair accessibility: Every level of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is fully wheelchair accessible across all four levels. While guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair, a limited number of wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Designated family restroom: There are accessible restrooms on each observation deck level plus a designated family restroom on Level OB1.
  • Sighted Guides: Guests with low vision or no vision can request the aid of a sighted guide in advance of their visit. All requests must be submitted via our contact us page.

We look forward to your visit!
