The SUMMIT Ascent elevator was out of service when I came to SUMMIT! How do I get a refund?
The safety of our Guests is top priority and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by our Ascent elevator being grounded.
We provide real-time refunds for all of our Guests onsite at the Welcome Desk at SUMMIT's entrance or the Ascent Check-in Desk on OB3. If we happened to miss you, please contact our Guest Satisfaction Ambassadors at 1-877-682-1401 from 9am to 7:30pm EST so we can process your Ascent refund right away!
